Sutton Coating Services Incorporated’s plant facility management and personnel are skilled and experienced in surface preparation and coating techniques. Quality assurance procedures are supervised on-site by both plant supervisors and management.
Coating inspection reports are available on request for monitored conditions during surface preparation and coating application. These reports track timed readings of surface patterns, painting procedures, humidity, temperature, dew point, film thickness, and any other requested data.
Nationally approved engineering standards are used, assuring compliance to specifications requested by customers. Some traditionally used standards include specifications from the National Association of Corrosion Engineers (NACE), Steel Structures Painting Council (SSPC), federal and military standards, and Army Corps of Engineers standards.
Safety
Sutton Coating is also a proponent of safety in all areas of the sand blasting and industrial coating industry. Whether your requirements are individual or multi-scope, Sutton Coatings' full-service team can meet your every need.
Regular Safety Training is held for all staff on a quarterly basis and an in depth tracking system insures that HS&E standards are the highest possible.
